Admiral's Quay Townhouse #5

Admiral’s Quay #5 is located in the townhouse development of Admirals Quay, St. Lucia. Situated in Rodney Bay and within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants of Rodney Bay.

Admiral’s Quay #5 has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cable TV. This room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room and a small powder room

Upstairs there are two air conditioned double bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has one single bed and is cooled by a standing fan. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 1 and 2.

Admiral’s Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool
